Mr. Satyen Gohil is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in knee and shoulder surgery. Mr. Gohil’s key surgical interests are in sports injuries of both the knee and the shoulder including knee ligament and cartilage surgery and joint replacement of both the knee and shoulder.
Dr. Gohil was born in the UK and has lived in Kenya, the UK and has now settled in Perth. Mr. Gohil completed his Orthopaedic Training on the WA Training scheme and has completed further training in sports injuries of the knee and shoulder as well as joint replacement surgery of the knee and shoulder.
He has a relaxed and professional manner and his priority is to ensure that patients get the best possible outcome.
Mr. Gohil is interested in current research and teaching undergraduate medical students as well as young surgeons on the training scheme.
Mr. Gohil is happily married and has 2 young children.

Outside of work Mr. Gohil’s main interests besides quality family time are surfing, golf, tennis and travel. He also has a passion for scuba diving, snowboarding and biking. He has previously competed at state and national levels at hockey and tennis respectively.
